Get started now with our Fundamentals course

These 2 x 60min sessions welcome you to our facility, introduce you to our training philosophies and coach you through the technique of our foundational movements, so you to start classes safely and confidently! Fundamentals is a great way to see what it’s all about, and is a pre-requisite if you have no previous experience in CrossFit or similar GPP Strength & Conditioning classes.

YOUTH FITNESS CLASS

Based on the principle of mechanics, consistency, and then intensity, Kids and Teens programming emphasizes translatable functional movement while making it FUN, helping to develop a lifelong love of fitness. Consistently good mechanics translates to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance and fewer injuries and imbalances for kids.
